We have 110% support from Edgewater Beach Resort to make this a memorable experience for the competitors, staff, sponsors, and audience.

We would like to extend this event into a bartenders vacation. Discounted room rates will be valid from November 6th through November 16th. The FBA will be at the resort from Friday November 7 to Sunday November 16. The FBA will have activities planned for Thursday after the event, and friday if necessary.
All rooms are actually privately owned condos with full kitchen and pull out couch. Any damage to the rooms will be bill directly to the credit card on the account. There are 5 towers right on the beach and there are villas all around the 9 hole executive golf course. Room layouts are very similar but the golf villas are slightly cheaper. The Golf Villas are an easy walk to the beach and are actually closer to the venue. The beach front towers are right next to the pool and restaurant where we will have the meet and greet. Qualifiers MAY be outside by the pool if weather permits.

There will be a $5.00 per suite per day Resort Service Fee that allows you access to resort amenities. The amenities include usage of tram service, fitness center, pools, hot tubs and shuffleboard. There is an additional charge for tennis, golf and spa treatments.
If you would like to order Daily Housekeeping Service, the fees are as follows: one-bedroom $20.00, two-bedroom $20.00, three-bedroom $27.50.

Resort check in time is 4:00pm. Early arrivals will be handled on a space available basis. Check out time is 10:00am. Late checkouts must be pre-approved by the Front Office Manager.
