I remember the day I caught the Flair Bug. I was going through server training at TGI Fridays and saw the bartenders flipping bottles. I knew then that I had to do that. Here I am years later and I own a Flair company called BarTrix.com and have been able to travel the world competing, judging, and running flair competitions. Neat.
